Relaxed and Comfortable
About Warwick Park

Warwick Park Care Home in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Warwick Park offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Newly renovated, and situated on a quiet residential road, and a few minutes’ walk from Tunbridge Wells’ historic centre and the Nevill cricket ground, with the town’s facilities on the doorstep. Many of the bedrooms look out on to the beautifully landscaped garden.

Warwick Park is a beautiful 31-bedroom Edwardian home recently renovated to a high standard with two communal areas. The new open plan lounge and dining room offers access to the garden and is a great place to socialise. For a more peaceful environment, there is a dedicated quiet lounge.  We also have a new state of the art kitchen from where our chef prepares all the meals.

Warwick Park has the right people, philosophy and environment to provide bespoke care in a way which opens up possibilities rather than restrict choices. As well as long term care, the team at Warwick Park specialises in respite and rehabilitation for those who need that extra support at a difficult time. People can rest and recuperate before going back to their own home.

Lifestyle and Activities

Our philosophy is centred on providing a variety of activities for residents. We find out about our resident’s interests and hobbies and develop a programme to suit all tastes. Activities include arts ands crafts, games, karaoke, reading, music, quizzes and discussions about news and events. One-to-one activities are also provided for those who may wish to remain in their room, and sensory equipment is used. We also run themed days from Chinese New Year to Ascot day with champagne and racing, and a ‘rock around the clock’ party to which families are invited.

For residents who are able, we organise trips out which include theatre trips, watching cricket, outings to the cinema and simple yet enjoyable trips to local garden centres.

We realise that choosing a home for you or your loved one is an important decision that can’t be taken lightly. Not only do you want the highest level of care but the freedom to make choices and enjoy a happy, fulfilling life. So you don’t miss a moment, we record a daily journal for each resident, detailing their daily life and activities they take part in. You can log into this diary using our app on your phone or PC to see photos and read about what your loved one has been up to.

Please don’t hesitate to arrange a viewing where you can come and speak to the manager, staff and other residents to get a better feel for our home.

"Since my mother has been in Warwick Park I have been very impressed with the genuine caring nature of all the staff, nurses, carers etc. You can tell that they mean it with their caring nature. The activities coordinator is a breath of fresh air. She brightens up the residents' days with all the activities and visiting helpers with a theme almost every day. I am very happy that we chose Warwick Park as mum's new home."
